Do you face exercise with a sense of dread?
Although, generally speaking, that's never been the case with us, we did find that – when the time came to exercise each day – we were bitching about it. On the road a lot and frequently eating random food (often for our job), we're fully aware of the importance of daily exercise.
To keep our bitching about it to a minimum, we like to change up our fitness equation every so often. We decided to do an experiment in randomizing our exercise. We put all of our workout options (about 10) in a bag and randomly select one each day.
It has turned into sort of a sick joke. We actually look forward to exercising because, each morning, there's an element of "what are we going to pick" that keeps us motivated.
Our exercise routine hasn't changed drastically; the only thing that's really changed is how we approach it.
