Another cool thing we did during our hosted media visit to Molokai was yoga.
The day we were scheduled to do yoga, we had already done a long, early morning run and a significant hike. While we love yoga, we weren’t – after all of that activity – too eager for more fitness. Plus, we were filthy from a day spent outdoors.
Thankfully, we went in with a open mind. Karen Noble, who runs Sacred Waters, ran us through a few yoga poses and exercise that we had never tried before. A couple core strengtheners, in particular, are ones that we’re going to incorporate into our daily routine.
