Our Vitamix blender is our nutrition god.
When we're in Seattle, we use it twice a day for smoothies made up of a selection of fruit, greens, soy milk, protein powder, and ice. Oh, and – since we've recently scaled back lunch – we toss in some plain greek yogurt.
